“ A good friend brought me here today as a surprise for breakfast. Bruce used to brings his daughters here when they were at home. Now in their twenties, they live elsewhere and cherish the memories and the connection. I spoke with ‘Karama’ who is one of the owners. His deli does not disappoint anyone. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I had the Boker Tov special for with two eggs, a pancake, a bagel, and hash browns, and a cup of delicious coffee. Perfect! ”
“ Delicious! Just what a Long Island girl looks for in a deli! I've had several breakfast sandwiches on kaiser rolls that remind me of home, but I just tried their pastrami sandwich and it was AMAZING. I got the "Esther's Delight" sandwich (see picture) and substituted the pumpernickel bread for sourdough. It was just what I wanted! I highly recommend this restaurant/deli! ”

“ We were up in Rockford at lunchtime and my wife had a craving for pastrami. Me being from NYC and she from San Francisco, we have pretty high standards for deli food. Brooklyn's Deli did not disappoint. My double-decker sandwich of pastrami and corned beef with cole slaw was delicious and messy like it should be. I got a couple of knishes to go. I wish it were closer to our home in NoVA. ”

For sizing: adults that can eat get a full size. For kids and those who don’t eat much get a 1/2 size. Also!!! Don’t forget the French Fries!!! It’s a very high quality French Fries. It’s super delicious!!! They also use legendary ketchup:“Heinz Tomato Ketchup”. It’s pretty big fries, so two people can share it with just one order. If is your first time visiting, I will recommend you just order a 1/2 sandwich and French Fries if you are not crazy hungry. When I mean hungry: it means you can eat four chili half smoke. The restaurant is always very busy. So be patience!!! The lady who managed seating always do an amazing job and she is always very friendly. If you have questions just ask her. All the employees are very friendly and helpful too. Anyway stop reading the review. Go check this place out right now!!! Trust me, you will Love this place a lot. ”
